04/14: Time for a new pillow?
In a recent study by Auvinen in the European Spine Journal, 11/25/09 the authors reported that insufficient sleep quantity or quality was an independent risk factor for neck pain and lower back pain among girls. This leads to the important question of whether interventions aimed at improving sleep characterstics would be effective in the prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal pain.
